Outpatient Therapy for Eating Disorders

healing is possible

Here's the thing: Whether you struggle with Emotional Eating, Binge Eating, Chronic Dieting, Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, or OSFED, eating disorders do not start out as destructive. Yet, they quickly begin to interrupt your daily life, take up your time, decrease your social life, make you exhausted, and steal your attention from your priorities. Plus, eating disorders often lead to increased anxiety, depression, and medical issues.

Does this sound like you?

My clients often share that, what may have started by wanting to be healthier, be in control, or cope with overwhelming feelings, resulted in disordered eating or an eating disorder.

Let's Connect

We also know that eating disorders seldom walk alone. In our sessions, we focus on your disordered eating or eating disorder and co-occurring issues, such as highly stressful events, trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts and behaviors, diet mentality, family issues, compulsive exercise, and body image disturbance.

You can heal and recover.

The good news is...

I am an in-network provider with UnitedHealthcare in Florida, and with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Maine. For out-of-network clients, I will provide you with a Superbill at the time of your first session, so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Note that submission of a Superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

Sliding scale is offered based on financial need. Please ask about the sliding scale if paying for therapy may be a barrier to scheduling a session.
